**IMPORTANT!** You will need to email your image to us when you checkout, so please have it ready, We prefer either JPEG or PNG format images in a resolution of 300dpi. If it's a photo, it should ideally be in Portrait layout and a minimum of 1800 pixels high for best results. Low resolution images pulled off websites/Facebook etc... will look blurred or fuzzy, so please do not send them. If in doubt, ask, because we will use what you send. All our mugs come with a high gloss finish and are dishwasher and microwave safe. All mugs are printed on BOTH sides. Our coloured mugs are mainly white with your chosen colour inside the mug, and also on the handle (see images).

We are proud to now offer a range of beautiful Tea and Coffee Mugs which are sourced and printed in the UK by us - they are not poor quality "Print on Demand" rubbish, we print and check every mug ourselves, ensuring the very highest quality. Each one is produced to order, so no production lines, and we can honestly say, we only ship EPIC!
We are proud to say that our mugs are sourced and printed here in the UK. They are printed to order and usually take a couple of working days from time of order. They are sent out in a damage resistant box using 2nd Class Post, so you should get your mug in 2-4 working days...all being well.

Measurements (yes, we have been asked!) are approx: 96mm high and 83mm wide.

No, the designs are NOT stickers.

The print is permanent and should last indefinitely. The mugs are dishwasher and microwave friendly, but washing by hand will keep your mug looking good for longer.

Please enter the wording you want printed on the mug in the box above. Please remember that the more words you use, the smaller the text will be. We will copy and paste EXACTLY what you send onto the mug, so please check carefully that you are happy with spelling, punctuation etc...

The font we use is called Amatic and we will print the text in Red. We will create the design based on best fit. Unfortunately, we cannot send proofs or previews, you'll just have to trust us. Just remember, we only ship epic...so you know it will look great!
