Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: I’ve never heard of you – is this a scam?

A: No, we are the real deal. We started trading on ETSY and received 100% 5 star reviews in our first year. We are proud to say that we never had to issue a single refund and we didn’t lose a single order in transit. You can visit our ETSY shop (link at bottom of page) and order from there if you prefer, but it has a smaller range and higher prices due to the fees ETSY charges.

Q: What sort of paper do you use?

A: Most of the paper is we use is made by Marrutt in Germany. It is very high quality and we choose it for its bright white flawless finish. We opt for their 265gsm Pro Satin Oyster because this has a beautiful finish that really makes the print colours ‘pop’. We find this looks much better than the standard matt finish that most suppliers use.

Q: Seems like a lot of money for a piece of paper?

A: Well, it’s not just a piece of paper. We put a lot of hours into photographing and restoring some of the designs, and most of them are either our own designs or have been completely reworked to make them suitable for display. Plus we pick up the cost of the postage which isn’t cheap, and we have all the packaging to buy in too. An A4 print delivered probably costs less than it would cost you to go to your local town in your car and pay for car parking for a few hours! Anyway, a Picasso painting is just some canvas with some paint on it...right?
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: We use standard Royal Mail 2nd class post. We despatch the order either on the day it is received or on the next working day. From there it is down to Royal Mail, but from our experience it’s usually 3-4 working days. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details when the postage label is printed, so you will know when it is on the way.
