We usually despatch orders either on the day we receive them or the next working day. If the order is for a large print (A2 or bigger) or a framed print, it may take slightly longer as these take more time to produce. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when the order is ready to despatch.

 

We currently offer free delivery on all orders. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Royal Mail quotes “2 to 3 working days” for this service. We are unable to put in any claims with Royal Mail until the ‘due date plus 10 working days’, so that is a total of 13 working days. We cannot take any action (i.e. despatch replacements/chase consignment etc…) until that time has passed.
